SIDDHARA BETTA NEAR TUMKUR

SIDDARA BETTA
Siddara Betta near Tumkur is a preferred spot for caving. There is even a temple located inside a cave, right at the top of the hill. There are climbs and descents which make the entire trip enjoyable, one also needs to be prepared to get elbows and knees dirty as well. However one can clean up with a bath in herbal water, which is believed to possess medicinal qualities and has curative powers .The water has to be purchased,it is sold by the bucket.Surprisingly, explorers emerge dry from the cave despite the bath.
